McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology invites applications from physicians for a part-time (0.50 FTE) non-tenure-track Assistant Professor.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Responsibilities will include the care of endocrinology patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Educations responsibilities will include the supervision of students, residents and fellows in both clinic and hospital settings. Participation in the Division’s intramural practice and pursuit of scholarly and research activities is strongly encouraged. The position will include a main clinical practice at the UT Physicians Multispecialty – Greens and some clinical time at Memorial Hermann Hospital and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital (inpatient and/or outpatient care).
The selected candidate for the position must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Required or preferred board certification/eligibility statement. Required or preferred minimum years of clinical experience or years post residency statement.
