Position Summary:

This role is for a seasonal hire who will work with the Housing department. You will perform unskilled and semi-skilled work in the area of building and/or grounds maintenance. Tasks may be physically demanding, can be readily learned and do not require formal training or specialized experience. Worker will perform tasks under the direct supervision of a skilled craftsman. Duties may involve working around the grounds of our housing operations. This could include sweeping, cleaning, or blowing leaves, and other tasks.

Seasonal positions are designed to only last during the summer, and do not offer benefits. Employees are paid hourly, and may not have to work a full time schedule.

Position Key Accountabilities:



Minimum Education:


Individuals must be a minimum age of 16 years.

High School Diploma preferred

Minimum Experience:



Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds constantly to move objects. This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents .
